Why am I a real estate agent?

I am an experienced attorney who is licensed in both Florida and California. However, for over 25 years, I have invested in and managed real estate in South Florida.

I enjoy every single aspect of buying and selling real estate – looking at all kinds of properties, determining their value and potential, analyzing financial implications, studying market trends, understanding changing economic factors, obtaining financing, negotiating deals, keeping up to date with new construction techniques and architectural styles – and especially helping my customers achieve their real estate objectives.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, I earned a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Miami. I am now realizing my dream of completing the new construction of a custom house I designed in Sewall’s Point, FL. I obtained zoning variances successfully, applied for the building permits, negotiated the cost-plus contract with my general contractor, and have overseen the entire project. I know first-hand the process and costs involved in new construction and remodeling.
